Since I am nearing retirement I started to look at what my "spare" time would look like. Moving was out of the question, so I put together a plan to have a dedicated space to work on my motorcycles.
My small city lot in California did not offer many options. Luckily, I occupy a corner lot and was able to shoehorn a 16 x 16 shed into the corner. A concrete floor and pad outside the shed was a must have. Here are some photos.

Move in time! The worst part of this process is having stuff in a new place after knowing where it was for the last 20 years! But it's gonna be worth it in the end. Pretty much everything is laying out like the drawings that I did last year. It sure is getting small quick! Permanent power is still not installed, but hopefully will be soon.
