Well not really. But I found this FLF80 tucked away on the Snap-on truck today along with a FHX80.

On a side note, could not tell any difference between the feel of the USA stamped dual 80 compared to my Chinese FHL80 :lol_hitti

That's a nice 2006/2007 FLF ratchet you found.

Pretty old.

I'd trade it in for a new one with USA stamped on the handle.

It's way more up to date and made far better. That **** in the picture is ready for scrap.

Did that FHX80 have the locking switch near the handle instead?

I would make an offer on it if it does. :pimpflash

There was a time I'd have agreed with you. I got used to the placement of the switch though -- doesn't bother me anymore. I'm very happy with my Chinese pot metal FHX80.

It was up high near the flex joint of the ratchet.2011 date code I think. The joint was a little loose on the FLF80 but that was a simple fix.I got a very nice deal on both. I still think I'd take my Matco locking flex over the Snap On but don't consider the locking style inferior on the Snap-on,just don't prefer it.Haven't tried the other design and I think they now have a metal selector right? The picture didnt turn out as good as I thought...

Any ideas on what these two are worth? Trying to figure out if I got hurt or not...

I paid $96 IIRC for my FLF80 back in 2007 new off the truck. Same USA stamp on the head as the early production model you have.

I know it was right around $100 new.

The locking F80's now have the metal release so what you have is a little behind the times.

Still useable but a little less rugged.

Value is up to the buyer.

50 -75% of new price if lightly used.
