A different Wardmastr Ratchet

Today I picked up this Wardmastr 84-4860 1/2" ratchet. I've seen several examples but none with this star back side. Even looking at other examples from the maker (Wright Tool and Forge) I've not seen this feature. Does anyone have any helpful comments on this tool?

Think I found it, Looks a lot like N-70 Wrights ratchet from the mid 50s

Yup, have the 1/2" Wardmastr and Wright with that shaped reverse switch. You've probably determined it already, but that's not the original screw - the original fits down inside the switch to fit flush.

I wondered about the screw. It's a nice custom fit. Square cut that fits over the shaft
