Neat idea for sure. For those that didn't read the comments one person suggested a small lump of clay on the handle of each tool to make a finger divot for easier tool removal. Another person suggested black t-shirts so that it won't show dirt over time.
Alot of waisted room in that deep drawer, I will stick with multi layer foam padding
In the example there is a lot of wasted space but I don't see why there would have to be..... Is seems you could make it your own.
Another addition I read was to use plastic wrap to line the drawer so that the foam will be removable, that or you could use some petroleum jelly or other release agent
Even tool foam is considered wasted space, by some. I think this is neat. I wouldn't do it, but it is a cool idea. My grubby paws would make that white material dirty quick.

Yeah she's pretty cool like that (although I think she found it on pintrest)...but she was looking for garage ideas/storage for the shop I'm planning to build.Besides she's currently knocked up so when she's not barefoot and in the kitchen, what else does she do LOL (as long as she doesn't see this I'll live through the night)
