I know A&E/Lang - Kastar are pretty well known on the board, but I wanted to give them some more praise.
A while back I bought a set of their 1434 snap ring pliers from Cripe. The pliers arrived with the spring between the handles missing, not a huge issue, but the spring makes a difference. I emailed Cripe about a replacement and never got a response. I emailed Lang about buying the spring and got a reply the same day asking for my mailing address so they could send me the spring at no cost. That was Thursday and the spring arrived today. Excellent customer service, they know how to do it right.
Oh yeah, a lot of their tools are still Made in USA too. Definitely can't go wrong with that.
