I am looking to buy a Compression test kit, I have not asked the Snap On guy what he could do on one, but the Snap on one goes for $240, when the Craftsman goes for $50.00.
Anyone have either or recomend another brand?

Have used both. I think the Craftsman one is fine for most things you are gonna do. It MAY not have perfect accuracy (I have no idea) but it should be consistent at least.

You might think about a leak down tester. I think it was about $40 more than the compression tester ( same place e-bay)
