A little Snap-On ID Help

Hey folks, long time lurker, new poster. Recently came across what looks like part of an older snap-on tool, and I can't for the life of me find any info on it.
Just hoping I could get a little info about it, many thanks in advance.

It is an adaptor made to screw into the side terminal batteries so you can hook a charger to it.

It looks to me like the turn knob on the carb/distributor adjusting tool.

They still make them - there is a rigid and a flexible version but current production is slightly different from the older ones like yours.
