I finally saw them out in the wild. Broke one after only about two minutes of playing with it. There's so much plastic.

Basically, now that I've used one, I'd say it's worth about $1.50 just because it makes a nice conversation piece.

Fisher Price ****. Played with one in the store and it even feels like it flexes while putting on a socket. Also, one of the pics in the ads shows this thing being used in the speeder or yankee fashion on what looks like a head bolt. I dont see this thing having the force or torque for that while pumping it.

I also fondled one in store a few days ago. It has way too much going on, jack of all trades but master of none. I'd be wary of using it in a situation where I had to put any real force behind it, not sure how it would react. And yes, there is too much plastic.

I was back in the store where i got to play with it. The other day it was loose on the counter with a little rack where you could turn nuts n bolts with it. Today it is still there but they cave a cord running to it. I asked if they were walking off. The salesman told me that it wasnt tied down because of theft, the end result of dropping it and hitting the floor isnt good.

So, not worth stealing and not durable enough to withstand a 3-4 foot drop...? Sounds like a winner! [emoji1]
