A newby says Hello

Hello My name is Des and I am 56 years Young. I live in Durban in South Africa
I started of as an apprentice fitter and Turner, I worked as an underground Fitter and I also worked at a Spice Factory and I ended My career after 25 odd years at British Petroleum , mostly in the technical department , i.e. making sure that the customers used the right oil for the right machine.
I now have loads of time on my hands and I was looking for some information on Accles and Pollack and Ferret spanners, which I came across in the Garage Journal, which has been very helpful so I joined.
