My folks went away on vacation and I wanted to surprise my dad with a little DIY project. About 100 hours total, no one to help :tard:

Floor is GarageTrac
Everything else is from Lowes and Amazon (took advantage of black friday)

Place looks great! Hopefully he likes the surprise!

Should have ditched the NY Rangers flag though :p

I agree!! Would look way cooler with a Red Wings flag there!! :rocker:

But the rest of the work looks awesome!! I would flip the first time I pushed that garage door opener button...great work!!!

Are you up for adoption by chance??

Does he use those bikes often? For a little more floor space i would hang them with those rubber coated hooks. The garage came out very nice btw. Next time im going on vacation ill be sure to leave you keys

Actually, I think I may be your real father. What is your Mom's name? I'll email you my address and the access code for the garage... :bounce:

Wow!!!!!! You did great. If dear 'ole dad and mom doesn't appreciate that, then nothing will.

I agree, you need to capture the expression on his face when he opens the garage door for sure.:thumbup:

Great work. I would love to do this for my dad....but it requires two things that I don't have. Time and money.

The containers... are they labeled?

I too want to see the reaction!

I did this to a basement for a friend of mine once and he almost had tears. Let me see if I can find pictures to post.
