A Puzzle To Me, How to Reverse This Motor

So I have this old motor. If I am facing the side the pulley is on, it spins clockwise. Looks to me like it is wired for counter clockwise. So I guess I am looking at it from the wrong side. Problem I have is that I need it to spin the other way, and there is no diagram for that. Reversing the wires did not work. I am obviously not an electrical expert. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Which wires did you reverse?

Also that NM-b (yellow Romex) is the wrong wire to feed a motor with. Not saying I haven't done it....

its not wired for CC. its wired for clockwise because red is on 2/4 and green is on 1/3. you need to reverse red and green

I have not reversed anything on this motor. It is the way I got it. It seems it is currently set for 115 CounterClockwise. I need to switch it back to clockwise, but there are no diagrams or anything for the way it would have originally been wired.

1 & 3 have a little bar connecting them, so do 2 & 4, so it dopes not matter if I connect to 1 or 3 with the white. It was wired there with the black hot wire, but I swapped them to see if the motor would reverse before posting here.

This is a continuous duty motor from an old bandsaw. Its 1/2HP and I plan to use it for my very large shop exhaust fan. I am going to take a larger motor I have and upgrade my bandsaw, just s soon as I can figure out this motor.

I can post more pics and model and stuff if it makes a difference.

In post #1 you said you reversed the wires? If that was referring to the black/white that won't do anything to change the motor direction.

Look at the wiring diagram again.

The diagram shows the configuration for counterclockwise; Red on 1, Green on 2.

The motor is wired Green on 1, Red on 2; currently set to clockwise per the diagram.

Just reverse the red/green on 1/2 if its going the wrong way for you.

Fun fact - some manufacturers specify CW/CCW from the shaft end, some from the *** end.

According to the Diagram, the little bars need to be moved ALONG with the wires. One drawing shows 2 bars, the other drawing shows 1 bar.

Don't touch the bars.

Swap red and green on the motor.

Leave everything else the way it is and tell us what happens

Thank you. Looks like I am rushing too much. I am gong to take a close look again, look at these comments, and I'll let you all know how it goes.
