So i've posted about warranty experiences i've had in the past and i think we all do complain to everyone when something fails . No one ever posts if things go well and a company goes out of their way to do right.
I had bought a batch of Ernst rails recently and i know a lot of people here really like them. Well evidently i had gotten a bad batch because i was having a problem with a few of the clips. Not totally bad, just a few clips.
I emailed Ernst and not only did they immediately replace them, but they sent a mailing label so they can get their hands on my defective rails to see if there are any issues with Manufacturing they want to check on. I have another 15 or so of these and never had an issue so faith is restored!!
