Over the past year or so I have also managed to source a few quality second hand items, mainly via ebay.
Here is a Fobco Bench Pillar Drill, these are a top quality English make, and weigh a lot.
I have not done a full restoration, just a good clean up, and retain the old look patina
I also managed to pick up a Lista rolling cabinet, which was sold off by Dennis (Uk company that makes Fire Engines)
I am a big motorcycle fan, and I am always on the look out for cheap non running motorbikes I can spend a bit of time on restoring,
Here is a 1998 Bandit 600, with only 27k miles. It was in quite a sorry state.
This is the sales picture on ebay when i bought it.
And after a number of hours cleaning, replacing parts, and getting it to run sweetly.
Actually i like riding it a lot, and will likely keep it for a while.
