Any pics of how you made them ?
Afraid not. Bought some 40mm aluminium from Amazon, some m6 studding (allthread for you guys?) and went at it. Nice to get out in the garage, as dog has been ill in hospital, so anything to take my mind off that.

As I said, inspired by a member from here, can't remember the name.

A couple more. Slightly strange to be using lessons from 35yrs ago, maybe more! Stuff my late father and school teachers taught me buy I've never really used!

FrankLee, no it wasn't, but that looks good and I bet it would have saved me some £££s

Thank you in advance, FrankLee, I think the bracket idea will work well for my ratchets and extensions drawer!

Best wishes for the dog and for you. One of the worst things I have had to deal with is sick animals—it’s heartbreaking and stressful. Nice work on the garage organization—it is rewarding to have things in their place and easy to find and use when you need it.

Dog is now running around with a second wind, he has mild pancreatitus but a change of diet has made a difference. Thinks he's a puppy again!

It has been great having a garage. We downsized late 2021, and it's the first time ever I've had a place to put stuff that has power and things can be accessible. In our old house, all my tools where in the eaves of the house, doing anything meant digging stuff out.

I'm getting a lot of "banter" from friends and family about when I'm going to make "things", but it's nice to be able to just be able to drill a hole if I need to, or whatever it is.

I'm looking to make something that is adjustable on the fly. I tried Closetmaid shelving and the spacing wasn't right for my tools.
