its all relative you know....
when you consider the cost of the item stored & the maintenance associated with - i think its well worth it. Secure indoor storage will preserve the finish and reduce the over all maintenance of roof, roof a/c units, skylights, paint finish & tires.
all things considered its a good deal, especially when you consider the rates some are getting just for a roof (no side front or rear protection, not to mention security & privacy).

Indoor storage sounds pricey.
I'm guessing that is a $200k toterhome.
all depends on the size & configuration - youd be hard pressed to find a new one <similarly equipped> with outside entertainment, basement cooler, flatscreens, in-motion satellite, leather interior & ceramic tile w/ the mercedes 450hp 12speed auto for less than the mid 300s
of course if you want it customized you could easily end up north of 400 or more.
if youre lookin' for one, nows the time to buy IMO...its a buyers market / economy but ill warn ya - these things arent cheap to run (10kw generators and 10mpg add up, not to mention storage & insurance).....let me know ill be happy to point you in the direction of some good dealers and some consignment lots.
the "conversion trucks" or SUPER C motor-coaches get better mpg than the pusher buses and carry significantly lower insurance rates have higher towing capacity & lower labor rates and they can be had w/ a rear garage & lift gate up to 12 feet deep.
w/ 220 gallons of water on board these are NICE trackside campers that not need shore power or utilities for DAYS if not weeks !
