I like the box listed below the only thing i was wondering is there any other ones out there that don't cost an arm and leg I am an dyi'er. If not would it just be easier and cheaper to get a bottom roller put sides, front and back on it with a lid to have a the top storage area that is closed in.

HF 5 drawer for 199, scan your local CL for carts. I see the truck brand carts with 3-4 drawers anywhere from 200-450 depending on what it is and tools in it.
I have the HF 5 drawer and it is pretty darn nice for what it is.

I got a blue point 4 drawer of CL for $145 a few years ago. About the same thing as the HF 4 drawer to be honest. better casters thats it.

Just bought the napa 7 drawer cart and love it so far. It's a little smaller but not much. rolls around really nice. I like it becasue I keep all my most used tools in the top where they're easily accessible

I just bought the same cart you linked, it will hold an ungodly amount of tools for its size. I have the HF 4 drawer cart and although it is nice it doesn't compare with the amount the SO will hold. Here is a link to my thread http://garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=143728 . Depending on what you have planned you don't have to spend a fortune on boxes. If you don't have a crapload of junk like I do then no buy the HF and be happy :) I run a small body shop so I could justify my purchase to an extent.
