A "what is it?" tool question...

A while back I picked this up from the ReStore used tool section. It is about 14" long with a hardened steel head. Any thoughts on what it is and who made it? Other that the warning and the "made in USA", there is not manufacturer or part number shown. Thanks

It’s a seal puller, don’t know what brand

Looks like an early Lisle 56750. The early had two instead of three rivets. They don't cost much but can come in handy.
