The TSA has an identification program. If you put that in your carry-on next time you fly, Im sure they will be happy to tell you what it is.

And to all you guessers a fellow tool collector made this for E.. It is a end off a long handled tree trimmers tool. Mr. Jordon is a really good blacksmith knife maker.He molded a extension on the cutter and installed a handle.some piece of work huh BOB W.

Looks like one of those "fantasy weapons", as another person said before me. If you've ever been to the great museums in Europe with ancient REAL weapons, they don't look much like that. They are not nearly so "fancy-wicked", but if you think about how they operate, they indeed fearsome and deadly.

I often wonder how soldiers got the courage to get close enough to hordes of other guys wielding weapons like that? In order to get close enough to strike them, you had to be close enough for them to reach YOU. And in those days, just about any wound was likely fatal. Shudder.
