A word to advice seekers looking for Pro help
Many professionals and just experienced users here check the forum a lot. I know there are some threads I subscribe to and I get an alert to my phone each and every time there is an update. If we all subscribed to every post we commented on, we would have a lot of emails and notifications.
I also know that most of us here pride ourselves in helping those with an immediate technical issue, regardless of the time of day or day of week. Last Sunday I got a text at 7:00 am from a GJ member.
If you are looking for general advice, this forum is tough to beat. If you're in the middle of a project and your waiting on an answer, send a PM, or if the person you are waiting on (who may or may not even know you are waiting on them in specific) has posted their contact info, call them.
The bottom line is sometimes stuff comes up and it can't wait. If you need help just ask, but ask directly.
