easier to just buy an entire used wrench at a thrift shop or Habitat. They sell them for $1-$2 for the entire wrench depending on size. Usually you can find them in good shape and various manufacturers, including Crescent, Craftsman, and several other US brands.

The only parts I remember in the last 40 some years was Proto used to have adjustable wrench parts in the back of their catalogs, but that has been awhile ago. Crescent is now just china junk which means no more parts for that brand as they are now just a warehouse not a mfg, facility.
