It's been 6 months since we've moved in and between the projects around the house and the garage it feels like I've got a 2nd and 3rd job. I'll try to get the pictures in order but it starts with the move in and finishes with the grinding.

Still need to buy and get the epoxy down. Need to paint that foundation curb thing. The lift will go in late summer or fall ... or maybe next year. Once the epoxy is in I'll be a happy camper.

I'm pretty happy with the progress so far. The high lift doors and liftmaster motors are great.

Your moving right along and looking good. Curious to what kind of neighborhood you live in?
Could you show a pic of your home? Gives us a better grasp of what you have to work with. Thanks for posting and we will look forward to more of your work!!

Best Regards

Well. 3 months later I've started laying down the epoxy. Primer is on. Cutting in was a pain and doing a 3 car is definitely a bit more time consuming than doing the last one I did which was a 1 car. Base coat goes on Friday. Clear Sat. Urethane on Sunday.

Also I was going to do something funky with the space above the garage doors. I was going to do sheet metal but that didn't work out so I filled the wood and painted it the color of the walls so it blends in now.

Let's hope the primer cures well and properly with no bubbles.

I decided to tape. I know I'm going to paint the concrete footer but still ....

and the mess I was left with. Defintely messier than I remember. Anyone reading this. Do yourself a favor and wear gloves.

Great ceiling height. And very smart painting the concrete footer. I painted mine as well and i love how it helps to blend the wall to the floor.
