Running into them along with other makes when searching for tool kits that are made or distributed by multiple vendors. Thing I was looking at, was cheaper from them, then it was from Astro.

What is their deal?

Quality comparison, etc.

Hit and miss. Their consumables seem to be okay, but for tools some stuff is good, others have not held up or the packaging/case was broken out of the box.. As a brand, I'm not sure the brand means much, you just gotta take each tool into consideration by itself.

I've bought a couple 'ABN' (auto body now) brand products off Amazon and in both cases I felt I got my money's worth.

First thing I bought a 25' 2awg set of jumper cables and a bucket boss bag for them to go in (still have a pic I took of them I used in a review). I got them as a gift to my brother so he'd quit making off with my homemade 25' set I made with 0awg welding cable & heavy-duty clamps. He's got a lot of equipment that he uses them on a LOT. That was a couple years ago and they're still going strong (more importantly, my set quit growing legs). As far as practicality goes they have to be right up there with one of the best gifts I ever gave him.

More recently I bought an "ABN 5-½" Jack Pad Universal Large Cross Slotted Frame Rail Protector" and unlike most everything else I've seen from them they were the only ones I found with one quite like it. It's an indestructible beast of a product imho and works perfect for my jack.

Anyone here try their “Damaged Lug Nut Extractor” Bolt Grip set? I only see 10 reviews on there. All 5 stars. Might be worth trying out for $30

All over the map, some good some bad. As with any small brand it's often up to you to figure out which is which and amazon reviews often don't do it for me as I may use it weekly and they use it once then it collects dust.

Stick with known brands for stuff that would leave you a bit stranded, if it's a tool that just makes things a bit easier then sometimes worth a shot

Their impact sockets are well made and a good buy at around 100 for a 45pc. I have both their metric and standard 1/2 " sets.

I just bought ABN’s “Damaged Lug Nut Extractor Bolt Grip Set”. Worked great on removing the rounded lug nuts on our Pontiac Vibe 👍
