I have an older MAC tool cart. When pulling out the single drawer, it will stop about 3/4" sooner on one side than the other, leaving the drawer tweeked at an angle. To say the least, this is rather annoying. I do not see any adjustment for slide travel. Do the slides need to be replaced, or am I missing something simple. Thanks.

ball bearing drawer glides have a floating carrage that holds the 'balls'.
when the slides are in place this carrige should be indexed such that it is 'floating'in the correct position for full travel.
this can also happen when you take a drawer out and then re-install it.

with use these sometimes get out of position and fixing it is no problem.
just pull the drawer out as far as it will go easily, then take the side that does not want to come out further and just pull. this will cause the balls to slide instead of roll so it will be harder to pull than normal but it will happen.
once you do this and then slide the drawer back in, both slides should be in sinc.
roll the drawer in and out a few times and things should be fine.

another option is to remove the drawer, clean the slides and relube them. reinstall the drawer and then do as mentioned above

$5-$10 would be cheap for those slides.
are you sure they are only that much?

check the slides, if they are otherwise in good shape just clean and re-lube them. they should last for many years with no trouble

Remove the drawer and pull the slides all the way forward. There's probably something bent on one side. That is probably a Sunex made cart. New slides if needed, would be cheaper with a Sunex part number.
