About to pull the trigger on a lift

Hope you guys can tolerate one more lift question

I am about to order this lift and am looking for any suggestions, good or bad, before I do.

I can get it at a reasonable cost and they are close to me if I ever need it serviced.

Any reason why I shouldn't go for it?

I dont see a ALI Certification. I wouldnt use or buy a lift without one. They are the benchmark and if your a mfg and dont want to do the testing, what does that say.
