Above Grade Wall Insulation

My garage wall ranges from 8" to 14" above grade and would like to know the best way to insulate the exterior walls. I was planning on putting 2" SM on the interior side below the floor.

How are the exterior walls constructed?

Stud wall? Concrete block? Pole barn framing?

Sorry, they are poured 8" walls.

The entire exterior wall is poured concrete?

Trying to figoure out how the 8 to 14" above grade part comes into the question......

It is a 5' poured concrete wall. The top of the wall at the back corner is 8" above grade and the front is 14" above grade. Again, what is the best product to insulate the exterior concrete? I live in Central Ontario.
