Abrasive wheel got wet, not safe?

I had a brand new 10" cutting wheel get left in the rain. It did not get saturated, and got dried off quickly. There didn't appear to any warping, but I know there's adhesive in these. There's no question about tossing it if there's a safety issue. What's the GJ wisdom on this?

What kind of cutting wheel?

Most grinding wheels, like you'll find on a bench grinder or angle grinder, are vitrified- that is, baked like a clay pot on a kiln. Not just glued together with a water-soluble adhesive.

Most likely it'll be fine.
