ac delco cordless tools, anyone use them?

i keep seeing advertising in many of the automotive trade mags for AC Delco branded cordless tools. pictures are so-so. Looks like a decent mid range tool. Anybody use them or know the skinny on who makes them for a/c delco etc etc.

Definitely China made. They had a display at AAPEX. I like the small impact wrenches but, their distribution setup must **** because aside from the small polisher, no one really carries the line up.
