AC Delco Cordless?

Anybody know where and who makes the line of AC Delco Cordless tools?

Their new 3/8" cordless ratchet looks really nice. Dare i say, maybe even a step above Milwaukee.

I'm guessing China, although the 12V polisher looked a lot like a Makita.

The AC delco is huge. my milwaukee is big already but the AC is even larger. It is more powerful though
