Anybody have any experience with these? I was looking at a Milwaukee M12 1/4 ratchet but then the AC Delco popped up on my feed. I see they have combos with 2 batteries and a 1/4 and 3/8 ratchet for $150 or so. Their parts are generally decent stuff, are their tools any good?

I actually bought one for my dad and had the chance to use it when I was redoing my brakes. I really liked it (and I have the Milwaukee 3/8" ratchet) and I found that it was pretty well built. It is certainly a little bigger than the Milwaukee 3/8" ratchet but it is also more powerful (45 ft ibs in the AC Delco vs 35 ft ibs for the Milwaukee). If I didn't already have M12 tools, I would've bought the AC Delco.

This AC is exactly the same tool as the HF Earthquake cordless ratchet which has been discontinued. It was too big in my opinion and I ended up giving it away to a friend. He was working on his sand rail and had the same complaint. He couldn't get it to fit into the spaces he needed it to go. Torque means very little as these tools of whatever variety are simply bolt runners. You break torque with the ratchet and run out the fastener with the rotation.

There are two lines of the AC Delco ratchets. The ARW1209 is the 3/8" dr. compact version (still bigger than the Milwaukee M12) and the ARW1208 is the HF Earthquake equivalent in 3/8" drive (and it is definitely really big and clumsy). I would definitely not recommend the ARW1208 due to its size. I bought the ARW1209 and liked it. It's a little heavier and bigger but its also more stout and probably better made (at least in terms of the frame) than the Milwaukee M12 ratchet.
