Is the AC Hydraulic jack reasonable to store? I can't tell from their website if the handle is easy to remove for example.

I am giving the DK20 serious consideration, but it wouldn't really need to be out that often. It will primarily be used to install / remove engine and transmission. Get a car on / off stands or dolly. In between I'd like to get it off the shop floor and out of the way.

If storage will be a PITA, then I'll probably drop down to something like the Arcan Aluminum and Steel 3 ton they have a CostCo. It is marginally smaller and lighter, but has an easy to remove jack handle, and also a carry handle.

Thanks for any insight.

never heard of them , that said I have a 3 ton and 4 ton from Harbor Freight. both get used a lot and both work great . I paid the same for both as the asking price of the one you posted. they are heavy . HF also has the new line of daytona jacks but I have no experience with them.

Hello! I actually for for AC Hydraulic and monitor this site from time to time to address questions or concerns. The handle is easily removable with 1 allen head bolt at the base. See attached exploded view where I've highlighted this for the group.
