Can you put overhead service drop wire in conduit for an underground shop feed?

Specifically I'm talking about wire like what is linked here
http://customcable.thomasnet.com/item/aluminum-cable/d-service-drop-cable-duplex-triplex-and-quadruplex/29005?&seo=110

I made the mistake of buying this wire and now I'm stuck figuring out if I can use it for my purposes.

Specifically this is the vendor/wire I purchased
http://www.nassaunationalcable.com/Aluminum_Service_Drop.html and its the "Terrier" cable.

I would want to use three sets of the duplex wire (hot 1, hot 2, neutral all shielded, and a bare strand as the ground)

Thanks

it says OK for ducts (I'm assuming duct banks, concrete encased conduit, usually PVC)
so should be OK in conduit alone...

unless its the version that says 'USE-2' on it, you cant use it at all. If it does say USE on it, you can use it but the cable cannot enter a building. I think there is also a problem of using two cables to achieve the 4 conductors needed. I know if they were jacketed cables you couldnt do it, but twisted -I dont know. I would guess no, since a cable is a cable. I dont get where youre talking about using 3 sets though...could you explain better?

3 cables
1 for L1
1 for L2
1 for N
common the grounds I guess?

after reading a bit more...get new cable...triplex or indivudual conductors...

need to run a ground too, so he needs 4 conductors. Quad, or individual conductors. My recommendation is individual conductors.

I think he plans on using the bare carrier in each bundle as the ground...
he needs new cable/conductor

Thanks for the responses. Looks like I just wasted 500 dollars on wire. Better to be safe than sorry i would assume.
