I bought an Accutire racing gauge a couple of years ago in because of the accuracy claims of the company and the warranty (5 years). The gauge is accurate to .1 psi and, until a week or so ago, it had been working out great other than the spring clip on the chuck breaking about a year ago (no big deal as I don't clip it to the valve stem anyway).
Last week, the pressure relief valve popped out of the whipline and I contacted the company via email to see if I could get a replacement airline. I received an email back that day asking for a shipping address and that they couldn't get it out last week (because of the weather in NJ) but would send what I needed this week.
This is what I needed from them:
This is what I received in the mail today from them :
That's right, a brand new gauge to replace the old one. At least there are a few companies left in the world that understand customer service. Anyone wondering where the kids tire gauges are coming from???
