I stopped in yesterday, they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about.
It was not in the current flyer they had.

It probably wont be mailed out for another few days. Likely it will come this Friday or will be in the sunday papers with all the other flyers.

No, It say's at "participating stores".

Since the stores are independent franchises they can do as they wish but I've never seen one refuse the promos.
