Acid Eching when are you done ?

Im cleaning my floor preparing it for epoxy paint. The oil spots have turned white or has come completely off the floor. Water not longer beads off the oil spots. So how do i know when i have cleaned the floor enough ?

If you are not sure, you could prime them with an oil-stop product.
It's an extra step, but the only way to truly know.
