Acid stain gone wrong? Nohr-S readiness?

I just acid stained my garage today... Stained, neutralized, then rinsed. Eagle (brand) instructs to rinse until the ground passes a white rag test (where a white rag no longer picks up residue) but it seems my hose is pulling off the stain in addition to residue. The stain was getting lighter with each pass of the hose, so I gave up and decided to let the floor dry.

Am I SOL? Is there a way to test if the floor is ready for a coat of Nohr-S/ polyurea? Some spots had pooling while others were not as dark; I was hoping to touch up with water based dye/stain before seal with polyurea...

AZNOF: any stain, acid included, is in a bit of a fragile state before sealed, so it's not uncommon to be able to wipe off or in your case hose off the color.

Let it dry and seal it, should wake it back up.

What are you using for stain? Consider a dye instead? Is it ok to dye concrete before a sealer?

I used Eagle branded acid stain. The concrete took a nice colour, but I didn't let it sit long enough so it's rather superficial. I've touched up with a water based stain, and will seal it with Nohr-S soon. I know Legacy Industrial carries a DeltaDye (water-based), which seems to work nicely with several of their coating options.
