Can't help but think of "The Roadrunner" when I see these.

Small hammer says, "The Acme", but its hard to read.

Heelspur mind you this is a guess on my part...So keep that in mind more research is needed however I seem to remember reading somewhere about the The Acme Forged Steel Company.

Remember just a guess on my part nice find.
