Was in sears today to swap out a set of CM Pro Picks (broke one yesterday). While checking out, saw this new Viper box.......

It's normal storage is your typical 26" width and your consumer grade 18" depth, but the side integrated peg board drawers are pretty innovative. Plus one drawers has a top that's lockable and doubles as a work station.

I played with the box, it's actually surprisingly sturdy. Worth $1K?? That's your call. If I had the money I'd consider it for duty as a home box, but that's about it. Just thought it was pretty slick.

Cool as hell.
But not very practical imo with the side lockers.

Maybe you could hang some power tools in there like a gun rack, maybe my 24'' snappy 1/2 breaker would fit somewhere nicely (paid 35$ from the dealer new for it).

As far as a mechanics box it doesn't seem like the best set-up, but maybe a wood working guy or fabrication tech ect would love it.

The workspace thin sounds cool I would e interested in seeing how that was designed

Grossly overpriced for what you're getting.

Better options include:
. . . . US General roller plus bunch of tools
. . . . used SnapOn or Matco
