Wouldn't have even guess you could get a car without power lock in 2013. Is it manual windows too? Now would be the time to do both

I would probably look for door panels and parts from a junkyard. I know for my ford's, I can look at exploded parts diagrams on some dealer websites to see parts for various trim levels. Maybe something similar exists.

An aftermarket shop (that installs stereos, speakers, engine remote start) can add add power locks. They have aftermarket kits that are universal. Probably wouldn't be hard to do it yourself if you get the right kit.

Or heck maybe even call a Kia dealership and see how much they'd charge, but it'd probably be way more.

My 2011 Focus has crank windows and manual mirrors, but it does have power locks. came with the remote lock/unlock/trunk open (keyless entry).

Here's a YouTube video of a $25 kit to add power locks. $25?!?! Wow, I'd probably try to get a better quality kit -- maybe a $50 one. lol. But this $25 one might be ok.

If power locks are a factory option and you already have the wiring for them it shouldn't be too difficult. Just get a, preferably factory, wiring diagram and see if you've got the required wiring. That'll also show any modules or relays you'll need from the junkyard in addition to the obvious stuff.

If power locks aren't a factory option, or you don't have the necessary wiring, then it's probably more trouble than it's worth.
