Was able to find a super clean CRAFTSMAN block grinder with pedestal to add to my CRAFTSMAN collection. Was hoping to find a 1/2 HP but I can always upgrade. What is my best bet for adding rubber pucks to the bottom as feet? I see some with casters, but I am afraid I would be chasing it around the shop.

That is indeed extremely clean, practically like new. No need to upgrade, 1/3hp is fine, and it's doubtful you will actually use the grinder much (most don't) and it will stay pristine. I wouldn't bother with rubber pucks, you can set it on a rug or rubber pad.
