Adding a 24 x 40 attached

Hey all! First time poster and have only recently found this awesome site. I've got a question for all of you viewers. I curretnly have a 24 x 24 attached garage to my house. (front entrance). Since we have two growing kids and smaller house, we would like to close in this garage to make a bonus room. At the same time we would also like to add a 3 car side garage and put a bedroom and bath upstairs. Are there any of you that have done this that can provide pictures? Just looking for ideas.

It'd be helpful if you posted pictures of your current set up so we can see the house style, layout, arrangement, etc.

Or even a house plan sketch w/ restricting building features (BRL's, Well, Septic, etc.)and any zoning regulations (Height restrictions, SF restrictions, etc.)

From these things, all of the great minds here will come up with something!
