Adding a duplex outlet to this TV box?

I'm roughing in a new house and adding these where my wall mounted TV's will be. It's set up for a single duplex outlet but I'm wanting to dd another in the second space of this box. The third space would have the low voltage CATV. I'm looking for ways add another duplex outlet in the middle space. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately. I don't think there is one (by code anyway) .. I would either use one of these instead;

Or if you have to use those other ones just add a single gang recessed outlet at each location.

Your modifying a listed product, there are a lot of ways to do it but no way to do a mod to it & be correct. Any way to add a recessed duplex receptacle next to the one in question?
