Adding another stall to a two car garage

I've been searching and only found a few examples. Has anyone else taken a two car garage and added another stall or addition for a third car? I figure this is one of the cheaper ways to do things without going to a all metal design.

Anyone? Ideas?

I had planned on going that way of the back of my garage, and then putting a sliding door as the back wall. But zoning issues prohibited me from doing such so I just put a 12x28 prefabbed storage/garage in on a gravel base.

Will have to add the other one later.

Are you just looking to get another car in? If so, have you thought of a 4-post lift?

friend did that and added a slightly oversized space to the garage.
made it into a clean room and paint booth
its seperated from the other part of the garage other than a man door and has filtration and fans installed
he paints in there (not often) and when not doing that he stored his show car there

you could do the same thing and heat/AC the space for general work. you could also structure the roof to accomodate a lift
