Just want to add another torx sockets to the stash. Was looking at the Bondhus. Whaddya say if I don't want to pay for a set of Gold Torx
A revelatory two sentence inquiry indeed.
The first one leads me to believe that you already have the torx sockets that you
need and that you're in the market for no better reason than you want to swipe your card and have some shiny new tools. Fair enough. I've been guilty of that in the past.
The second one however suggests that you want the Gold Torx but are less than thrilled about the sticker price.
Well sir, in your case, since you
seem to have all the torx sockets you need, I'd hold off on throwing another log on the fire just for the sake of it. If you want the Gold Torx ones, get those. Otherwise, you're just getting duplicates for who-knows-why?
Sounds like you have a case of the old ~$15 burning a hole in your pocket, but not ~$20. Good luck with that.
