Adding grease zerk to ball joint c-frame

I’m curious if anyone has added a grease fitting to a ball joint c-frame press? I have an otc one on the way, and after looking, snap on has one on theirs. I have everything needed to do it, but I don’t know if a hole would change the strength of the threads.

I would thank adding a grease fitting would void any future warranty with OTC.

I think the frame usually breaks before the threads fail.
