Adding T8 fixtures to existing

Well, the garage is almost done but I have not been around to see the progress. Electrician installed 3 of the 9 T8 fixtures we had previously discussed. I am now looking at adding the remaining 6 fixtures, 3 on each side of the flat portion of the ceiling. At this point all the lights will need to be controlled by the same switch, I am ok with that. What would be the best way to connect each of the outside fixtures to the center fixtures which are already wired (the green line in the attached picture)? I was thinking just a short run of conduit between each one. Flexible conduit would be the easiest due to the angle point of the ceiling.

It *****, everything else came out great, need to snap some pictures this weekend. Garage doors and openers are being installed Friday.

Maybe use metal clad cable (cable already in flexible conduit) like this:

That is exactly what I was thinking because the ceiling is 14 feet high or so, and the short run will not look too bad (of course running it in the ceiling would be best). No issue with code doing that correct? I assume that is the purpose of the conduit.

You may have some local codes that say otherwise but I don't see why you can't use it. The description on Lowe's website says: "Applicable in exposed, concealed, wet, and other hazardous environment".
