Have any of you added a third bay onto your existing two car garage that is attached to the house?

Looking for ideas and pics if you have them.

I had that done about 2 years ago.
I had a local company called J.D.Griffiths do all the work.

Architectually, I think it is important to have the roof line of the addition 12 inches lower than the the original garage just to break up the lines... plus it makes it easier to do the shingles(no blending in). We also had the addition set back 12 inches to break up the front.

It turned out great... sorry no pic's.

I'm in the process. It is going to be 18' wide and 36' deep. I couldn't go much wider because I need to stay 12' off the property line. My concrete guy has the concrete done. He will come back later after the framer gets done and put in the approach and a sidewalk around the garage. I didn't set it back any because I wanted all the sq foot I can get. I will have a 14' door, one walk out door and a double door on the opposite end of the drive in door so I can pull my lawn mower in and out with out moving vehicles or moving the mower. I have pictures of the concrete work but not any more then that yet.

Sounds close to what we want. Post pics when you can.
