Adding walkways to unfinished attic under blown in insulation

It sits on top of the joists. That video does look weird although the last couple of seconds appear to show it on top of the joists.

Somewhat similar access to attic.
The walkways don't need to support a whole lot of weight. I used 2x4 uprights to the rafter joists and 2x4 framing for platform.

Granted, I did this before the final insulation. But it's doable with a little hand digging through the insulation.
The eve access opening is terrible. I pre cut the materials and stacked them by the opening. I went up to build the platform at night when it was a little less brutal.
I did like fav one four but my catwalk has 1x4 turned up a edges to stiffen and also so tools don’t accidentally get pushed off. I crawl along pushing a tote with my stuff. My standoffs to get the catwalk up above my ceiling joists were 1x4s both vertical and horizontal, one “frame “ at each joist . Think my catwalk surface is 3/8 ply maybe 24 to 30” wide .
