I have been building my garage these past 8 months, checking and searching GJ along the way but haven't yet posted my build photos. Thanks for all of the inspiration and great info!

Also cost per square foot: $17.33 (we did everything but the concrete)

I just received my second natural gas bill on my newly installed in-floor radiant floor in the Garage. The gas supplies the home (forced air) and the garage in floor. The two last bills were $160 or less. I think its a complete success, as well as well as proof of a well designed and implemented system.

Yes it will be storage, I need to build stairs on the outside to access the attic. I poured the footings and a stair pad in the fall.
