Hi...first time post here...

Forgive me if this has been discussed to death, however my search terms did not yield useful results:

I have two 9X7 Clopay enclosed doors that have polystyrene panels inside. I'm guessing they have about an R8 insulation value. Because I live in cold climate with North facing doors (into the wind) I would like to add an addtional layer of insulation on the surfaces inside the garage. I've have seen hard panels and blanket insulation possibilities. Any experience or recommendations? Thanks in advance!

Some additional information; my garage is 24' x 24', insulated and finished in dry wall. I have an overhead Modine natural gas heater in it. Home living space is above the garage. The garage is my "go to" place for working on my Jeep Wrangler (JKU) and other hobbies.
