Anyone from the UK have any of these adjustable car ramps?

If so, how do you like?

What I really want to find out is if anyone knows where to get them here in the US????

Thanks

Now... just need to find out where & how to get. I did get an email back from CJauto (a seller of the ones on the right) in UK... they didn't know anyone selling here in US... nor would they sell them to me here.

Not unless Rochdale's been annexed by the Chinese ;)

FWIW, I wouldn't get under them without additional support but they are very handy indeed. Unfortunately, as you've discovered, he won't even contemplate exporting them.

The ones on the left are also British, they're from JLWelding. I don't know if he'll ship.

So what are we looking at? 4 of these HF 1500# lifts? Not a bad idea for sports cars and lighter race cars.

Build ramps and have the same thing. 90 bucks each.

interesting concept milt... I'm thinking though that it would be tough to do because from side-to -side you have them fighting each other. The other problem i'd have is that they would stick out too far to the sides (i need to be able to park next to the car on either side)

Fish-man, I think that's why you have the long handle as well as the foot jack. You can use these inline with the car. Also, I believe the handle is removable.

I, too, thought about synchronizing the units. I think that's possible with some creative thinking. Or just pump once on left and once on right.

I don't know if these things have locks, but if anyone is thinking seriously about this, please find a way to lock them when they are in the "up" position.

If I get another project car, I'm going to budget in some kind of lift.

problem with those and trying to put inline is that the upright is fixed and would hit the bottom of the car in the low position.

I saw something like that on the Northern website but now I can't find it.
You drive on it, just like the one in your 2nd picture, then you jack up both front tires.
